Shipping
We ship 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
Order before 15:00 (3 PM) and your order will be shipped the same day, provided payment has been received and stock is available.
Orders are dispatched via MyParcel. You can choose from two shipping options:
- Standard shipping: €6.95 (letterbox or parcel post)
- Insured shipping: €9.95
– Includes full insurance coverage
– If your package is lost, we will immediately resend your order free of charge
On public holidays, orders are shipped the next working day.
Note: COCO House of Beauty is not responsible for lost packages with standard shipping once handed over to the carrier.
Returns
Want to return a product?
Only unopened products in their original condition and packaging qualify for a refund. You must report the return within 24 hours of delivery via orders@cocohouseofbeauty.com, and return it within 14 days of receipt.
Once confirmed by customer care, include the following with your return:
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number
- Account holder’s name
- IBAN bank account
- Reason for return
Important conditions:
- Received the wrong item? Keep packaging sealed.
- Opened or used products are non-returnable.
- Returns based on preferences (e.g. color mismatch) are not accepted if opened.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- COCO House of Beauty is not liable for lost return shipments.
After receiving your return in good condition, we’ll refund the purchase amount (minus shipping fees) within 14 days.
Please keep your return receipt until your refund has been issued.
