Orders will be shipped within 2 working days provided payment has been received and stock permits. We ship 5 days a week. On public holidays, orders will be shipped the next working day.

Orders are sent via MyParcel. The shipping costs are € 6.95 for letterbox post and for parcel post. CoCo House of Beauty  is not responsible for packages that are lost once delivered to shipping company.

Do you want to return a product? Only unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for reimbursement. The condition is that you report this within 24 hours via orders@cocohouseofbeauty.com and that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

It is important to include the following information with the return shipment after conformation from customer care:

If you have received product(s) that you did not order, please leave the packaging unopened and intact. An unwanted product that is used or whose lid or cap has been opened is considered a product that has been accepted by the customer. The opened product cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the packaging has been opened and it appears that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, the product cannot be exchanged. So be careful when placing orders.

As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products and CoCo House of Beauty is not responsible for packages that are transported to CoCo House of Beauty get lost.

As soon as the package has been returned in good conditions, the purchase amount, minus shipping costs, will be credited. Crediting will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been credited.
