After you place your order, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse and the package is often packed right away. We would love to help you, but unfortunately a placed order cannot be changed. Please be careful when ordering..

For the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 6.95 for letterbox & parcel post. It’s also possible to send the packages with insurance for € 9.95 so you will be covered in any case of getting lost by the carrier.

Shipping cost for Belgium are € 11.95 and € 14.95 for insured shipment. For countries other than The Netherlands or Belgium it depends on the weight and volume. During the ordering process the final shipping costs will be calculated. Do want a qoutation? Please contact us.

No, it not possible (yet) to specify a delivery date to your order. You can always use the commentbox on the checkout page to leave your preferences about the delivery date.

We will do our absolute best to make sure you have your Beauty products as quickly as possible, we ship 5 days a week from Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 15.00 hour will be shipped in 24 hours. We try to arrange next day delivery but please order on time and calculate 2 – 3 days delivery time depending on our partners that arrange the delivery.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by invoice, and thus afterwards. All order must be paid during the ordering process.
