Shipping Policy
Dispatch
We ship six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) are dispatched the same day, provided payment has been received and the items are in stock. Orders placed after 15:00, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping options
Orders are shipped via MyParcel. At checkout you can choose between:
- Standard shipping – €6.95 (letterbox or parcel delivery)
- Insured shipping – €9.95 — fully insured; if your parcel is lost in transit, we will resend your order free of charge
Free shipping
Orders over €250 (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping.
Delivery & risk
Delivery times are estimates only, depend on the destination and carrier, and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. For standard (uninsured) shipments, COCO House of Beauty is not responsible for parcels lost after being handed to the carrier — choose insured shipping for full loss coverage.
